Pierre was our graduate student this year and last week he graduated! We congratulate him with his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
The self-chosen topic of his thesis was to build a machine that is able to automatically fuse FDM 3D-Printer material leftovers and wind it on a spool for reuse.

@Pierre: After four years, learning a completely new language and a lot of new things, this exciting journey comes to a successful end. I would like to thank Saxion Lectoraat Industrial Design and Saxion FabLab Enschede who made it possible for me to conduct this thesis. Also, big thanks to my great supervisor Sebastiaan Moes, it was truly a pleasure working with you!
Now I am looking for a new challenge as a mechanical engineer in the field of additive manufacturing. I am mainly searching for vacancies in Switzerland, but I am also open for other international offers.
